Zora is a MA student at the Energy and Resources Group. She is interested in just energy and mobility transitions and how socio-spatial, technical, and everyday citizen knowledge, can be consistently brought together for solution-building. She is passionate about deliberative processes, that enable just decision-making. She is especially interested in local, spatial energy transition processes in rural areas.
She received a BSc of Leuphana University in Lüneburg in environmental and political science and worked two years in Berlin in a participation Institute developing and implementing citizen councils on climate change adaption and mitigation measures.
She enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, spikeball and hiking and is exited to explore California’s state and national parks.
